Editing Services:
Developmental Editing
($0.01 per word)
Single pass focussing on character analysis and story arcs, plot, structure, genre conventions, and marketability.
Track changes and margin comments included.
Includes developmental notes and any large-scale suggestions we come up with.
No line edits or proofreading included.
MAX 125,000 words. Additional words: $0.015.
Email consultation included.
Copy Editing
($0.01 per word)
Single pass focusing on spelling, grammar, and sentence structure. Final polish for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and basic formatting.
Track changes enabled. No edit letter or other notes.
Includes marked up manuscript.
No developmental editing included. Occasional comment from editor possible, but not required.
MAX 125,000 words. Additional Words: $0.015.
Email consultation included.
Line Editing
($0.012 per word)
Single pass focusing on word choice, continuity, syntax, grammar, anachronisms, and other story details.
Track changes and margin comments included.
Includes edit letter, marked up manuscript, and any large-scale suggestions we come up with.
No line edits or proofreading included.
MAX 125,000 words. Additional words: $0.017
Includes initial 30 minute consultation.
Full Service Editing
($0.055 per word)
Three passes of manuscript including: one round of developmental editing, one complete line edit, and one copy edit.
Track changes, margin comments, edit letter, and email support included. Includes 30 minute initial consultation.
MAX 125,000 words. Additional Words: $0.06
Support Services:
Book/eBook Formatting
($0.15 per word)
Includes formatting in .docx, pdf, kpf, or epub.
Source files provided.
Special considerations available for any additional media that will need to be included in the final document.
Authors may select the finishes that their manuscripts are formatted for, including page size, margins, and gutters as needed.
Manuscripts and cover art should be submitted for formatting services, including blurbs and other needed information about the publication.
Personal Assistant

Available Services Include:
Scheduling, email writing and distribution, ARC coordination and support, book promo support, content planning, and more depending on the needs of authors.
Full Service: $125 per month
Content Creation: Variable
ARC Management: $45
Content Pull: $50
If you are interested in Personal Assistant services please expect to sit down with Anca and come up with a detailed plan before services again.
Coaching Services
(3 month commitment required)
30-min: $200 per month, $600 total. 5k beta read per month, monthly email check in with editors. Includes ongoing developmental edits and beta reading feedback.
45-min: $300 per month, $900 total. 7.5k beta read per month, bi-weekly email check ins with editors. Includes ongoing developmental edits and beta reading feedback.
60-min: $400 per month, $1,200 total. 10k beta read per month, weekly email check ins with editors. Includes ongoing developmental edits and beta reading feedback.
Planning Services

Plot and Premise Consultation: $100.
30 minute video call. Includes review of 1k plot and summary.
Plotting Support: $150.
45 minute video call. Includes review of up to 3k plot, developmental notes, and summary. Additional sessions available.
Character Development: $100.
30 minute video call. Includes review of up to 3 character bios (150 words each), character notes, and summary. Additional sessions available.
Single Book Session: $500.
90 minute video call. Standalone evaluation of up to 20k including developmental feedback, Q&A, and summary. No monthly commitment.
